Cancellation policy

Annual Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your Food Safety Planner Annual Subscription at any time before your next renewal date. To cancel, email info@gracefulconsultants.com.au or log in to your account on our website and cancel from your subscription details.

Cancelling stops all future renewals. You won’t be charged again, and no further planners will be sent.

A renewal that has already been processed and shipped can’t be cancelled, but it’s covered by our Refund policy in the same way as any other order. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
